Gamers Front problem - Options?

I bought the game on nov 15 and have not received it just yet.
I emailed them and writted a note on their page last thursday but they didn't answer it. Has anybody had this problem before?

I had similiar problem with Tuxgames. I ordered the game on 17th october and got it on 7th november, or something.
In my case it was because Tux Games was constantly out of stock, which is not hard to believe seeing that Dominions3 is still the top seller there.
Check availability status and your order status. (card validated, processing, shipped etc)

I bet one of your neighbors stole it. Make a list of them all, and try to remember if any of them have been looking at you funny lately. If they have, mark it down. Also take note of anything else suspicious--like if any of them have been too friendly (trying to make up for it), unfriendly (from the guilt), not around as much as they used to be (because they are playing your game), or around too much (because they don't want to make you suspicious.) Anyways, post your list here and let us give you advice on who we think stole your game.

You should email them directly.

Considering that you're in Argentina, with shipping time and customs it's not excessively long wait yet.

wow, actually even if he is living in Argentina, he should have his copy by now for sure. I think that something has surely happened to your shipment. I might be wrong of course.

We usually do not consider shipments as lost until there has been a significant delay (4 weeks or more), especially during the holiday season. At this point we would assume there has been a delay in your local customs office. Is there any way for you to contact them to see if the package is there?

I donīt think that if I pay for a game thatīs suppose to be sent at destination (my home) I have to retrieve it form customs.

Delays by customs are not uncommon and are completely out of our control. There is not a tracking service available on the shipment nor a guaranteed delivery date, so there is no way for us to know with certainty. We can only ask for your patience as our experience has been that such delays only rarely turn into lost shipments.

Well, they can't really affect the shipment. It looks like you've ran into some bad luck. Hopefully it'll work out.

I agree... but that's not the fault of shrapnel games. If your governments custom policies are preventing delivery of the item then that's where you'd complain.
