Nope, it isn't. There are many age problems, because most units just use the automated ages. Here is the list of strange starting ages in the first 999 units or so; I won't mind if someone else finishes the list.

Eternal Knights are thousands of years old... Maxage 20 000 is nice, but starting age 3650 isn't!

Mandaha aren't THAT eternal, with maxage 2000.

All unique summons and creatures should be changed to be very old and untouchable by time. Five Demon Lords, twice 3 Queens and twice two Kings of Elements, two corrupted Kings, Devourer of Souls

Carrion beasts are centuries old - LA Carrion Woods is supposed to be a new thing, so they shouldn't be that old. However, it'd be best if the age left time for the animal to have tied of a natural couse. ID 710-718, 861 for Ettin, 1093 for the Sagittarian Carcass

736-737 - Ether Warrior and Ether Lord, 400/1000

Tartarians: 771-777 seem to be about 400/1000 yyears.
Divine Mummy has maxage 500 - many pretenders start with about that amount. I think current age is preserved when Ritual of Rebirth is used, and in that case, the mummy might suffer from old age from the day it was created.
