TSATC: Power Toolkit

I keep seeing people mention it, and there is even a pdf file to show how to use it, where is it exactly. I know about the scenario editor but thats a different beast. I would like to bring in some custom units to my software.

Power Toolkit ships with TSATC. Once installed you will have three icons on your desktop. One of the three, it should be the middle one, is the shortcut to run Power Toolkit.

Thank you, what I dope I am, I didnt think to look there, I have Aston shell desktop replacement so desktop icons dont show themselves on my system. I was looking in the folder itself.
