I went there and I submitted and voted for Dominions 3, even though it's not yet on the official list. It seems if enough people nominate it, it could become one of the nominees. I think it deserves to be. You do that by entering its name at the bottom of the page.

Personally, I like readers' or players' choice awards (when they're conducted by an independent site - read: not owned by a game publisher or runs it's own game store). Gamespot will be accepting votes for their reader's choice award until January 18.

I'd be psyched to see Dom3 come in on top over here:
