Babylon 5 Style PBW game Open

I've opened a PBW game; Carrier Battles B5-ism

Main Rules:
1) Large fighter bays are removed
2) Small and Medium fighter bays are limited to one-per-vehicle.
3) Using SJsFTLmap, with hyperspace travel!
