Difference between magic and sorcery

There are two rings to forge for magic and sorcery. What paths are magic and what paths are sorcery? I lost my manuel http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif.

Sorcery = nature, blood, astral, death.

Magic = all.
