Dark Nova Mod - Assimilation Vats
 
Is there any Facility in the Dark Nova Mods that will allow the Borg or Necron races to convert conquered populations to their own race types?

No. Hadn't concidered anything like that. Populations can't be changed in SEIV. If they were born Phong, they die Phong.

Bearclaw check your DN4.25, it's really bad I got like over 700 bad cheaksum files, when I tryed to unpack it from PBW ok. Sorry about that it was my fault I was using winrar 3.4 it unzip it not the new winzip 11 http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/fear.gif

Note to all use winzip 11 to unzip it.

Sufficiently determined rebels can learn to breathe a different atmosphere, though.

Ya, theorists claim they manage it by getting all excited and hyperventilating to the point that they change all sorts of colors...
