Province terrain affacting battlefield - Doable ?
Hello everyone,
I was wondering if it would be possible to make a mod that would affect the battlefield depending on the type of province where the battle occurs. For example: - a swamp province would cause added fatigue during the battle (the bigger the creature, the more fatigue, e.g. an elephant (size 6) would get 6 fatigue per turn (it sinks in the swamp), and a light infantry would get 1, 2 for heavy infantry ...) - forests make it more difficult for archers because of the cover --> penalty to precision. Also, no flying in forests. - mountains: added fatigue to heavy infantry, no cavalry charges ... Is this doable ? |

Swamp provinces already affect combat values of units without swamp survival (maybe coldblooded protect from the swamp too), but as far as I know, it's not available for modding yet, but at least, as the base system is already there, it might become available in a future patch

Cave provinces also affect the units fighting in them through the darkness effect.
