I wouldn't expect a company of Shrapnel's size to have the capital to order press runs of tens of thousands of CDs, so I imagine the sales numbers would be in the thousands. It also seems to me that most game companies consider sales figures to be proprietary information, so I wouldn't expect any answer to be more exact than order of magnitude, either.
