User made Campaign question

When making a user campaign is there a limit as to how many nations the core force may fight?
I dont mean per scenario,but rather within the entire campaign.

Since a user campaign is a series of linked scenarios, and a scenario can be made with any side for the OPFOR, then you should be able to have as many enemies as scenarios. (Ignoring allies).
