I haven't looked at your save. But I can rememebr in one of my games my artillery did not fire until next turn, after a cluster-bomb bombardment.
sometimes, but rarely. none of my artillery fires for one turn, no matter what the time delay. Not exactly sure what causes this, it never happens in a predictable pattern. |
