LA Game in Turn 3 Needs a T\'ien Ch\'i Replacement
 

Game that just started needs a replacement for T'ien Ch'i.

Game is here.

Two major things to keep in mind:
1) This could be a long game
2) Hosting will be a manual 48 hour quickhost. It is hoped that players will get in thier turns every 24 hours most of the time however.
