resupply of units loaded in trucks or APCs
 

I'm wondering why it isn't possible for units that are loaded in an APC or a truck to get resupply without unloading.

eg the British 120mm rr Wombat. This can be mounted on a truck, or it can be emplaced on the ground. Both units get resupplied at the same rate. But if you take the emplaced unit and hook it up to the back of a truck, it won't get resupplied at all.

The same would be true of a machine gun squad in an APC, etc. No resupply while loaded.

ps has anyone else found that the email digests have stopped coming, and you can't get through to anyone to get it sorted out?

You can imagine that while resupplying, most of the crew/grunts will have to leave the carrier anyway to bring in the ammo.
