Kwok Balance - Ring Worlds
 
Hi! Two of the components required to build ring worlds in version 1.3 of CK are 2,000 KT. This makes them too big to fit onto anything other than bases (not even base ships are big enough!). Is this intended? It kind of excludes their use!...unless you feel like building-up a ring world on top of a pre-existing planet?

You need a Space Yard Ship to construct the bases near the star. You can then build a Baseship with the 1,000kT placement generator to complete the construction.
