SA-15 / Tor M-1 Russia ammo error report

In OOB 11 - Russia: Unit 288: SA-15 has only 4 missiles, in reality it carries 8; I checked the OOB of Greece, where it has its 8 missiles (Unit 78);
source: any defence website should confirm this http://www.defense-update.com/products/t/tor.htm

Tor M-1 was also exported to Iran recently in a deal criticized by the US and as far as press reports go, the system was delivered in late 2006/early 2007 - therefore it should be available from 01/2007 or even earlier; Some sources also say it is in service in China, but I wouldn't bet on this, so maybe someone has more reliable sources.

The `Tor' SAM system with SA-15 missiles was offered for export by the Russians in late 1990 and it is believed that
export orders have been placed by Belarus, China, Greece, India, Iran, Peru and Ukraine. China is reported to have
ordered 15 batteries in 1995 and a further 20 batteries in 1998.
In March 2000, it was reported that China has a licensed production agreement to build up to 160 launchers and
missiles to an improved standard, with the Chinese designation HQ-10. The Chinese plan to have ten regiments of SA-
15, with 16 launchers per regiment, and conducted 12 flight tests in 2000. Greece ordered 21 launchers and seven
Ranzhir command post vehicles in 1998, to be fitted with a NATO IFF system, and ordered a further ten launchers and
four command posts in 2000. Six launchers were passed by Greece to Cyprus in 2000, in exchange for SA-10
'Grumble' systems. Greece launched two SA-15 missiles from Crete in firing trials in May 2000, against low-flying UAV
targets, and a further four missiles in 2001. Iran is reported to have ordered Tor-M1 and Tor-M1T in March 2001.

ON the same weapon.
It's allways stated that the SA-15 is so 'superior' bacause it can engage and destroy up to 2 targets simultanously (http://www.globalsecurity.org/milita...ssia/sa-15.htm , http://www.defense-update.com/products/t/tor.htm )
Can this be somehow integrated into the game? Would offering 2 weapon slots with 4 missiles each make is possible, or could one increase the Rate of fire, so that the unit would be able to attack two incoming airstrikes?

2 missiles equates to a salvo of 2 at the same target.

Aircraft fly in one at a time in SP games.

Hmm yes I thought so, surely the 2 slots idea wasn't really thought through.
What I meant was whether one can manage to allow the SA15 to fire at two airstrikes not just one. One air strike at a time is a game limitation, that's clear, but 'really' the planes would make runs at the same time periode if they come in between turns, so it would surely be nice if the -15 could strike at two planes.

In addition to my previous post, I'm now playing a gam as China and found out that their version of the SA-15 also got only 4 missiles and this should be correted as well with the next patch. (I don't have the game at the ready right now but you'll easily find the unit).
