AATF: Interesting discovery

If I select a unit to examine its weapons and the web page window opens in the upper right of the info panel, the mouse cursor slows down considerably until I exit the window. And upon exiting the window the tool tip feature has gone away. A bug maybe?

I changed my default browser to Explorer (it was Opera) and reloaded AATF to get the tool tips back. After opening the weapons window I still had the tool tips so maybe that was it. When that particular window is open though, everything slows down and the mouse drags noticeably.
