Is there a period before my nation is created?. I created it but neither I nor my nation appears when I make a search.

Just created my nation:
New Norge based in Oslo Norway.
Belong to team Aqua; however, I couldn't find the Wombat Protectorate.

goto edit my nation
goto the alliance drop down and select specify other
then type in Wombat Protectorate

Alliances dont have any territory. My nation however is currently based in Houston, Texas.
