Mistakes of mortar\'s characteristics.

1) 50mm mortar (OOB11 Weapon 40) has HE penetration 2, but 5cm mortar (OOB16 Weapon 40) has HE penetration 0.
2) 8.2cm mortar (OOB16 Weapon 143) has HE penetration 0, but 82mm mortar (OOB11 Weapon 55, 57, 217) has HE penetration 1.
