Help for New players
 

Is there anything available to help new players get acquainted with the basic strategies of the game? The manual is ok for figuring out the mechanics of getting around but don't really give you any ideas on how to proceed. A tech tree would also be helpful. Thanks for the help.

Grab the Red Armor, then go for the Rocket launcher, and grab the Quad if you can beat your opponents to it. If the map you're playing on has a BFG, and you know how to use it, by all means go for that. Then frag anything that moves http://www.shrapnelgames.com/ubb/images/icons/icon7.gif

Nnaaahhhh! I prefer to go for the sniper rifle, then find a convenient perch and pick off the lizard dudes at long range. Wrong game too, but better graphics.

Build lots of fighters, they are very powerful. Also build plenty of carriers for those fighters.
