two small issues with ending of PBEM

First: last artillery strike of player one is not carried out. Should be fired at the end of player two's last turn. So player one is short one volley of artillery.

Second: player one is not able to replay player two's last turn and that turn can be the most interesting!

No big issues but not fair towards player one.
