The guys name is Tom Mabe. He has another really funny prank call involving a cemetery plot salesmen on you tube. He also has a web site.

Tom Mabe has several CDs full of calls such as this. They are a riot to listen to.

The difference here, at least with the link given, is Mabe is pranking the telemarketer that called him. He's not initiating a call as a prank, like the Crank Yankers jerks.
