Which Friendly Spells do the Domes Block?
 

Domes will block various outbound spells, correct? I tried teleport, which I was fearing would be blocked, but that seemed to work ok, is it just the outbound attack type spells that are blocked?

Domes block inbound spells, i.e. if you try to teleport into domed province you may fail. This stands for various types of 'teleport' spells - cloud trapeze, etc. Spying spells such as astral window are unaffected.
Regarding outbpund spells, you may cast anything you like from domed province as long as you target other provinces.

Excellent! That is much more useful (and appropriate) than the way I was thinking they would work. Thanks for the quick reply, Blofeld.
