An announcement feature?

Hey all, I was thinking it would be useful and fun to have an announcement command in the messages menu. It would allow your nation to make an announcement that displays in the next turn's news. I think this would be kinda immersive. I'm surprised I didn't think of this until today. If there were a feature like this in the game, would you use it?

How would such announcements be different for text messages sent to "everyone"?

There is a send to all message feature that should have a similar effect to your announcement feature.
