PBW issues

PBW seems to be suffering from some issues lately. What are the specific problems and is there anything the community can do to help get them fixed? Is it just an ISP issue or is it hardware?

PBW is very important to the game and I am surprised it is not officially funded/supported by Malfador/Strategy First. The volunteers have done a great job, but they shouldn't have to :-/

Geo monitors the "PBW Status" thread in the SEIV board quite regularily. You can post this there and get a response.
