Problems with domain in 3.06 -> 3.08 games?
 

I am in two games which upgraded from 3.08 to 3.08. In both, I am experiencing
some strange effects which I think are related to domains.

In one, I have commanders acting as if they are affected by R'lyeh domain while
they are in friendly domain, and while not displaying the insane icon.

In the other, I get Pangea's undead mangragoras while fighting indies in friendly
domain. The madragoras fight both me and the indies.

Anyone experiencing similar problems?
