Re: Steel Men & Wooden ships
A very good idea indeed. If you need any help just PM me and I will see what I can do. Sometimes th community can be a little slow in expressing support for its contributors. Don't worry though I am sure that people are downloading your mod and enjoying it. Good work!

Re: Steel Men & Wooden ships
How it is possible to make the scenario or Battle?
There is a message that date incorrect. |
Re: Steel Men & Wooden ships
Can you explain what happends exactly when you run the game ? Thanks
To create a scenario, the date in the editor must be : between 1/01/2005 and 31/12/2012 All indications are in the "readme"file, but unfortunatly this "readme" is in french (I search somebody to translate it, I can not do it my self). |
Re: Steel Men & Wooden ships
It is a pity that I badly know English language.
But with the machine translator it turns out to understand each other. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/smile.gif It is necessary to get French - the English translator and to find the editor well knowing English language. There will be time shall look that I can make. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/wink.gif What for near to the ships tiny circles multi-coloured are drawn ? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...s/confused.gif |

Re: Steel Men & Wooden ships
Red and yellow circles : visual indication for player, to allow them to see immediatly what kind of ships they have in their fleet. Red circles = Vessels of line (great vessels) One circle = Vessles of line - 3th rank Two circles = vessels of line 2d rank Three circles = Vessels of line 1st rank = the greatest ships If "A" indication in addition : Admiral-Vessel Yellow circle = Light frigates, Frigates and "vessel-Frigates" 1 circle : Ligth frigate 2 circles : Frigate 3 circles: "vessel-frigate" Blank circle or no circles : little ships |
