Does locust swarm effects stack ?
 

Locust swarm gives 20 unrest and 100 gold loss.

If cast it twice on the same province, I'm pretty sure it gives 40 unrest but is the gold loss increased to 200 ?

I have an idea worth implementing, if not in this spell then in another.

Locust Swarm should lower available supplies by 20% for one turn. This would make it very interesting and unique artillery spell.

Sounds like a nice idea. Or maybe some rat spell which can remove the stored supplies from a sieged fort.

Hmm. Are there any spells which increase Death scale ? If there are, they would accomplish pretty much the same goal. I know some affect temperature or fortune.
