Quick help from a modder needed
 

Okay, I'm working on my own version of a BSG mod, and I 've got two crash bugs showing up that are probably related.

I have a choice between 3 ships (which should yield somewhat different play experiences). And I've got a crash when it loads two of the ships, but one works just fine...only when the game ends, it crashes on the scoreboard. Unfortunately, I have no clue what's crashing it exactly.

My question is actually this: I used to mod on the PC, and just set up a shortcut with everything I needed to run the app with appropriate debugging options activated. Now that I've moved to the mac, I don't know what those options are for me to run this game with an alias, and I can't find the place I learned the info in the first place. CAn someone tell me how to get the detailed error file to show up when the game crashes?

Did you ever find out what was causing this? I'm having similar problems on my Sgqwonkian Crisis mod now, and I can't figure out why.

P.S. - Fingers told me in another thread that crashes on the score list usually have to do with an incompatible game.cfg file. He said to remove the game.cfg file and it should automatically fix most problems and generate a new compatible game.cfg when you play it.
