Dire help needed! Still Rioting and no room on planets??
 

Ok, a good dozen of my colonies are still rioting after like 20 turns. I've got a military buildup in the systems and Urban Pacification level 3 in all the relavent systems to no avail. Any ideas?

Second. When building satellites or weapon platforms, several of my planets are showing some kind of no room for storage errors. Not a game error, but a error message in my log. How can I see if the planets have room for contruction of these items. How can I fix it if they don't and how can I avoid this in the future.

1) Build 100 troops with just a cockpit. drop 'em on a planet to quell the riot quick.

2) Click a planet, then go to the "cargo" tab. You can see your current storage, and your maximum. Either launch some units, scrap old ones, or build a cargo facility.

Oh, and if your race is neutral (rather than bloodthirsty or peaceful), then the ships and troops won't help. Just stop signing treaties and fighting battles.
If you're bloodthirsty, win some battles in the system. I suggest gifting a ship to an enemy, then whooping it so your people get a good show http://www.shrapnelgames.com/ubb/images/icons/icon7.gif. Add troops to the planets too.
If you're peaceful, the battles won't help, but the troops will.

Are you seeing anything in the log about espionage?
