Troop Training Facility Concept
 
I have this idea to make a troop training facility a reality so to speak. You set all construction yards and space yards to construct with extremely low organics. (Only works with non organic races. Would have to use other resource for them.)

You set all components, hulls, and facilities to require very low organics. You set troops to require very low minerals and radioactives but high organics.

Then you add a new facility to the mix called Troop Training Facility, or whatever, and have it construct with with high, higher, and very high organic levels but zero mineral or radioactives.

I am going to use this concept with the Star Wars mod I am working on. With any luck it will work.

If this concept works here, then it will also work in SE V.

You can do it no problem with the standard SY expansion system, and have multiple troop training facilities stack.


But, it won't work in SE5, since the upgrades are limited.
In SE5 it will be an exclusive-or ShipYard vs TroopYard choice.

Doesn't Proportions do this for its starliners and colony ships, to make them hard to build at a non-planet?
