Total crash when installing 3.5 patch
 

Finally, I got round to installing the 3.5 patch. To my amazement and utter frustration, now nothing works... I am able to start the game just fine, but if I try to play scenarios, campaigns or look at the equipment, there is nothing there. Can anyone help me out?

BTW: I have patched the 3.5 on top of the 3.0, so that should not be it.

Double check the path you installed the patch to.

I have tried that, I have even downloaded the patch again. Should I download everything once more and reinstall it, or is it an easier way?

The fact that you can start the game but there is nothing in the scenarios, campaigns etc folders seems to suggest to me that at some point some files have been placed one place and then later the patch has been put in another place.

Take a look at the folder you are certain you extracted the patch to and look in the Scenarios folder . There should be 581 files there. If you do see files there go up to the winspmbt.EXE you find in the main folder and start the game. You should see everything.

However, becasue this does seem to be a bit of a mess the best solution would be to go back to square one and re-install everything
