Elemental Royalty

I'm playing around with some of these guys for the first time. I need a question answered though.
How many of each are there able to be summoned?
I've summoned 2 Earth and Fire Kings. The flavor text says there are 3 of each, but only 2 are untainted. So are there 2 or 3? I'd rather not waste a turn casting the spell to not recieve one.

Only two. The third is the King of Banefires.
There are 3 Water, 3 air, 2 Earth -- because earth #3 is also tainted King of Illearth.

As Tichy said. For the missing kings, the spells for summoning them are in Conjurarion (Death/Fire) and Blood (Blood/Earth), and the Kings now have power over both paths used in their summoning.
