Dragon Master

I seem to be unable to recreate dragon master.. let alone make a buffed up version I was planning to make for a nation of my own design http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif Can anyone shed some light on this interesting dilemma? http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/image...s/confused.gif
