What causes unrest 10?
 

I have a province whose unrest level never goes below 10, no matter how much I patrol or lower taxes there. I know Brigand's Lair causes unrest 5 permanently, but I've never seen level 10. I've cast Dark Knowledge and done a couple of site searches, but only found Catacombs, and I don't think that causes unrest. Two Brigand's Lairs maybe?

I can try a look in Edi's database, but I thought someone might know before I consult that mighty tome.

The shaded lanes, a death gems site, causes unrest 10. But you said you already searched for death.

Well, I consulted the mighty tome anyway. Demon's Gate causes unrest 10, and since I have no blood mages, I guess I'll never know if it's there or not. And, there are a whole slew of level 5s, and two of which could be doing it.

If you really want to know, do some blood hunts until you can empower a blood mage. Not cost effective, but depending on what kind of game you are playing and how curious you are, there is a way.

Well, I have a national hero that might show up that has blood skills. Guess I could wait for him. Otherwise, I don't think blood hunting to empower someone is worth it. And acashic record is a ways off for me in this game.

What does Demon Gate give you, anyway. It doesn't say in Edi's tome. Enter to recruit Devils? That would definitely be worth empowering a blood mage.

Good place, if you can find a Garnet Amazon province, or one of the Wizard Academies.

Theres a blood site that couses 10 unrest and gives normal devils. Maybe you have that one http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif
