Wave Breaker

Assuming you have a Wave Breaker equipped, and your opponent does also, who gets the benefit of the Friendly Currents? Is it just a die roll, or do both combatants have friendly curents?

There are several Battlefield Enchantments that only affect one side, or affect the sides differently (Wrathful Skies, Mists of Deception, Relief, Wailing Winds). I don't know if they can exist for both sides independently of each other.

If my memory serves me right both sides can have friendly currents, but that will just make them cancel each other out.
