Sadly, Kwok and Fallen Haven decided to stop updating FQM in their mods after the new planet textures were released. http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/frown.gif You can update the mods manually via the instructions on the help page.

Which was the last update of FQM's that was included in Balance Mod so I can add on from there

You just need the latest version; you don't have to apply every updated version individually. Simply follow these instructions and you are good to go.

Check the History.txt in FQM; it was the last version before the new planet textures were added.

When I follow the link, the download link for FQM 5.00 Beta 11 on spaceempires.net, it goes to a page that says "Sorry, this Module isn't active!".
