Sub needed for LA R\'lyeh - 62 player Perpetuality

Sub is needed until Folket (the original sub) feels better or Evilhomer returns (month or so).

LA R'lyeh is in a very strong (some would say leading) position in this massive game but is under attack by a number of other empires. This is a big empire with lots going on!

Check out the Perpetuality thread for more info and post here if you would like to help Evilhomer out and sub for him!
