PBEM campaigns

Hi All,
I would like to suggest, if not yet featured, to implement if possible campaigns for PBEM too.
I mean keeping a set of core units through PBEM matches, allowing to repair and substitute them between one match and the next.

I brought up this idea a year or two ago.

As I recall, the code is just not up to such a huge rewrite.
