Perm sub still needed for LA TC in perpetuality, should be interesting in the next few turns. Outlook took a bright turn lately. Involved in 2 wars, pretty much unhurt as of yet but that may change in the next few turns http://forum.shrapnelgames.com/images/smilies/happy.gif.
