At least on replacement player need for a mature (70 turns? - turn 2405.1) game of SEV using balance mod. I can offer no info on the state of the empire. Game has 8 other players.

That would be fifty-one turns, at the standard rate of one turn per one-tenth of a year.

I'm also leaving from this game. I have the 1rst place empire, mostly due to the huge number of planets, ressources and ships I have. I have a significant amount of intel, but lack research.

Well I'll give it a go. I usually avoid taking over other people's visions, but games are either not available or a dead end these days. I'm not much into Starcraft though so I don't know their history. I'll play them as Tyranids.
