Other than the Pretender and Prophet (and recruited living priests and the unlikely availability of Blood Slaves), how does Ermor spread dominion?

I do not think Ermor can do blood sacrifices. But they can summon national priests that can preach.

No blood sacrifices.

Temples are the way. Or possibly faith increasing events. Or juggernaut constructs.

Actually, I think Ermor's national priests are unable to preach, but indepent priests can. Still, your best bet is to always start with Dom 9 or 10 and build temples. Just realize that the more you spread your dominion the more people are going to want to invade you.

Its spreads just like any other nations - mostly through temples.

As a general rule undead holy casters cannot "preach", but any alive indy mages can.
