retreating into seiged land
 

I am sieging an enemy castle. I have an army moving from the sieged castle province into an adjacent land. If my troops are forced to retreat from that land, can the safely retreat into the sieged castle province, because I control the land outside the castle? Or, is that considered to be owned by my opponent?

Yes, they will be able to retreat to the sieging army.
