There is no intention (or room if I remember correctly) for new nations in WinSPMBT. The alternative is to create custom OOBs yourself in the stead of existing nations. Its a lot of work to create a functional OOB, let alone one that's also largely historically accurate. I've made OOBs for the Philippines and Laos from scratch and its not easy.

Well that is one scenario depicting a high-publicity (afterwards) hostage rescue mission.

What I am interested in is the grotty Bruch-war being fought in those two countries still (well Sierra Leone seems quiet now, but Neall Ellis is still active there, you can find him on LinkedIn). The Merc vs rebels campaign, the chaos of DRC...

If you're looking for OOBs to be able to play campaigns with, you're likely going to have to do it yourself.

I do not think I have time for that with two jobs and a treatise on Viking Warfare on my mind (I have a Master's Degree in history but can get no teaching job, and am a Viking Re-enactor, so a book on Viking Warfare is the obvious thing to do;-) )...

Perhaps in the future sometime.
