Gate stone

As of last patch: Can I use Gate Stone to move army, if I do NOT have Astral Travel spell from research?
I have Gateway (Thaumaturgy 5), not Thaumaturgy 9.

I haven't tested it, but if it does not work, then it's still broken. You should be able to use the Gatestone even if you have not research any levels of Thaumaturgy at all.
