You think you have bad Morale?
 

Here is my last living thug that made the HOF in the Big Game. Too bad he got a crappy ability(defense). He dies in this battle to a Mandahas with the Hell Sword(among other things). But he did take out 14 frost fiends and storm demons(and blinded many more). Note his morale(:

I guess by that point, you just don't care anymore...and go completely berserk, apparently.

That is NEGATIVE 30 morale. He was trying to flee. But the Mandahas blocked the retreat path. When berserk you get positive morale.

I think it was a joke about beserk.

I don't have a screencap of it, but I've seen units with -48 morale. Those situations tend to be hilarious.
