Idea For Better Interface

Hi!

I just think that it would be quite handy if your building/upgrade queue were updated with new designs as they come in. So for example, if I'm building a mess of Level 3 research centers, and two buildings into the series I discover Research Level 4, the whole queue would be updated to the new level without my going in and resetting it.

In the construction queues list screen, there are upgrade all buttons for facilities and designs.

The upgrade function sems to have changed. Last night I tried updating my Organic facilities and it didn't take. It seem to me now you need to have the correct build queues in the list for it to work. I believe before if you selected upgrade all it worked on everything.
