What the heck is a Neo ship?
 

So I'm checking out the shipsets, and keep seeing stuff about "Neo" ships. What is this? I seem to have completely missed this - is it a mod? I've looked through the mods for anything named Neo and see nothing.

Some mods have extra ship sizes. Accordingly, some shipset authors added extra ships for such mods.
