Ship report window?
 

When the talking about the cheat codes for resupply/movement/repair sites/people are referring to the ship/units(F6) right? When I right-click on one of the ships to get that popup report, hold control and type either of those three nothing happens. However, the other two cheats: money and fast work fine.

What am I doing wrong?

Try it from the main view. Select the ship (left click) from the ship list window and try the cheat. IIRC, that's where it works. Been years since I've used cheats so I can't recall exactly.

When you left-click a ship from the ship list window it just takes you to the system/sector the ship is in and from the mainview holding control and typing cheats doesn't work because it tries to do things like replay the movement log or toggle a minefield warning.

money and fast are the only cheat codes listed in the printed manual. I don't remember any other cheat codes ever working in SEIV. (ISTR that the other cheat codes that people have tried were from SE III.)
