LA Atlantis bug??
 

So, playing LA Atlantis for the first time, I've noticed that the best unit you can build in underwater castles is a level 1 Priest. But, if you build up your PD, you get one of the nice Level 3 Priest Coral Queens (or whatever they are called).

Why, if you get them in PD, can you not recruit them? This seems very odd, and makes your underwater castles virtually useless.

As LA Atlantis is an amphibian *land* nation and has no level 3 priests on land, IMO the "bug" is more the presence of one in aquatic PD.

But it may be thematic and good to balance Rlyeh to make LA Atlantis more competitive in the seas (ie : allow a full return to MA units in sea castles). The problem in this case is Atlantis would be totally overpowered if Rlyeh isn't on the map (especially if excellent priests give LA Ermor and other death nations no chance in the seas). So I think a good idea would be an hard to cast "Return to the Seas" global allowing Atlantis to get more MA units back in sea forts (like some other LA nations having their special global spell). But before it's cast, no level 3 priest etc. even in PD.

I don't think LA Atlantis should be getting a H3 MA Atlantis priest in their amphibious PD. So /that/ sounds like the 'bug' to me, though I'm sure it isn't actually a bug, just a questionable decision by the devs.
