Path reduction in general would be a cool ability to add (may work for empowerement and all rituals with a main path).

Something to add in modder wishlist (for sites and better... as a national gift -it would allow ultra specialized nations getting a discount in their path, or nations themed around empowerement, starting with weaker mages but with discount on several).
